WARMING CENTER & TRANSITIONAL HOUSING

Our efforts pertaining to this program involve fundraising and finding a building to provide Emergency Housing. Once this is achieved we will be open through the winter as a safe haven for families and individuals to get away form the harsh winter. We have a nice Resource Center where people can rest and get warm, and have shower, and get refreshed. Also have a washer and dryer for people to clean their clothes once a week.

WEEKLY WARM MEALS

We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helps us ensure that our community is fed. It doesn't matter the season or the crisis. We are here to help provide a warm meal to the community. 

Signups are now available below if you would like to sponsor a week. Currently, to start off, we are planning on meals for 20-30 people to be held weekly on Thursdays. Feel free to cook and prepare your own meal to share or bring purchased food to the center at 12:30 pm on your registered day. (Examples- crock pot meals, soups, pizza, sandwiches.) We provide all paper products.

SUPPORT SERVICES

Through our Support Services, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the community. This is one of our key areas of focus here at Perry County Transition 2 Hope, and a source of much success for our Non-Profit.
